Exploring combinatorial treatment strategies for multiple sclerosis
I'm from Long Island and I received my B.S. in Chemistry from Quinnipiac University. I then went on to get a M.A.T. in Chemistry from Stony Brook University and, after teaching high school Chemistry, I went back to school to obtain a M.S. in Environmental Toxicology from NYU. I am interested in exploring crosstalk between the nervous and immune system in both healthy and pathological states. After earning a Ph.D., I hope to incorporate both research and science education in my future career. Outside of science, I enjoy cooking/baking, dance, yoga, and art.
