Leadership & Mentor OpportunitiesStudent Advisory BoardThe Student Advisory Board is a dynamic group of Honors College students who play a vital role in shaping the Honors College experience. Working closely with staff, these student leaders organize events, foster community engagement, and serve as representatives of the student body. Board members are selected annually through a competitive application process. Current positions include: Co-Presidents, Head Community Events Coordinator, Head Social Media & Graphics Coordinator, and Secretary. Serving on the Advisory Board offers students the chance to develop leadership skills, collaborate on impactful projects, and leave a lasting legacy within the Honors College. Big Sibling ProgramThe Big Sibling Program pairs first-year students with upperclassmen mentors to help ease the transition into college life. Through the program, first-year students gain valuable advice, support, and guidance, while upperclassmen have the chance to develop mentorship skills and build meaningful connections. Events and check-ins throughout the semester help foster a welcoming and supportive environment for all participants.
