One-Time Volunteering

Can't commit to a whole semester? No worries! We also offer one-time volunteering opportunities for those who would like to contribute to our mission in their free time.

One-time volunteers help with the back-end operations of the pantry that ensure the daily operations run smoothly and successfully. These duties include but are not limited to:

• Restocking shelves as directed by an intern or staff member
• Organizing the shelves to ensure everything is neat and tidy for guests upon opening
• Assisting interns in processing donations
• Wiping down counters, shelves, or the inside of the fridge as needed
• Checking items for expiration dates and removing from the inventory as needed

These operations vary on a daily basis, thus shifts are not as consistent as typical volunteers. When any one-time volunteer opportunities arise, they will be added to the calendar below.
