Scope |
This group will identify best practices at other institutions within the SUNY system for consideration, explore the possibility of developing annual contracts for regular facility users, investigate whether Stony Brook insurance option can be used for quick turn-around events (revocable permits), and other entrepreneurial approaches to problem-solving. |

Objective |
The External Clients Joint Working Group will evaluate current SUNY and University operational processes for securing and permitting external clients across all campus venues including East campus venues of the SBUMC. |

Recommended Timeline |
Develop and prioritize opportunities with a plan to present recommendations jointly to the Optimizing Campus Facilities and Operations Alignment Task Forces by late-January. |
