Give Yourself a "Mentoring Moment!"
The Mentoring Moments Initiative is designed to help traditionally underrepresented minority (URM) Student Affairs professionals connect and learn from seasoned higher education leaders. Mentoring Moments are one-time, one-to-one 60 min sessions when a current SBU Student Affairs professional (Mentee) can discuss their career aspirations and enhance their professonal relationship with an highly-experinced Student Affairs leader (Mentor).
- The Mentoring Moments season is from November 2023 - June 2024.
- Mentors hold Director and above titles.
- Mentees may work in any role within a Student Affairs department.
Student Affairs members interested in participating as a Mentee should complete and submit this form to receive more information.
