Jennifer McCauley, PhD

STRIDE Program Coordinator

Jennifer McCauley joined IACS in February 2017 as the STRIDE Program Coordinator. She holds a BA in psychology from Manhattan College, an MS in Career Development from the College of New Rochelle, and a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from Capella University. 

Dr. McCauley's professional experiences include administrative leadership and human resources management within higher education settings, including the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. McCauley is also the founder of YLI Consulting, LLC, through which she designs and leads trainings and workshops for organizations and provides professional career services and coaching.
