New incoming freshmen and transfer students in their first term who decide to withdraw
from the semester between Day 1 and the add/drop deadline (January 27th - February
7th at 4PM) will need to submit their request within the Google Form below. Upon review
and processing, you will receive a confirmation email indicating your withdrawal has
been processed. Please see policies outlined within the form pertaining to impacts
to your student record.
