The Office of Institutional Research, Planning & Effectiveness (IRPE) collects, analyzes, organizes and communicates data and information to provide a valid, consistent and accurate understanding of how Stony Brook University is advancing its mission. We also serve as the central repository for official university statistics and institutional effectiveness efforts.
