Kristen Roedel received her BA in English from St. Joseph's College in 2014 and her MA in English from Long Island University - C.W. Post Campus in 2016. Before studying at Stony Brook University, Kristen taught freshman composition, fiction and creative writing, the short story, and American Horror Story courses at St. Joseph's College for two years. Areas of Interest: late-19th- and early-20th-century American literature; women's, gender, and sexuality studies; masculinity studies.
