Undergraduate Economics Association
The Undergraduate Economics Association (UEA) is the student-run organization for economics majors at Stony Brook. Its mission is to foster a sense of community among the undergraduate body by creating spaces for connection, learning, and professional growth.
UEA hosts a variety of events throughout the semester, including academic talks with guest speakers, career panels and workshops, and social gatherings that bring students together outside the classroom.
The UEA is open to all students interested in economics, regardless of background or career goals. Students are encouraged to join events, connect with peers, and take advantage of the opportunities offered by the organization.
Meeting Time: Thursdays, 7:00–8:00 pm
