Raeya Maswood is a recipient of the highly competitive Departmental Award for Excellence in Advanced Research. Raeya's research focuses on social transmission of true and false memories, memory distortions, and the production of collective memories. She has published several scholarly articles and presented her research at major scientific conferences during her training. Raeya is the lead author on papers published in top-ranked journals such as the Journal of Experimental Psychology: General and Topics in Cognitive Science. During her doctoral training. Raeya has mentored over a dozen undergraduate students in research and has taught lab sections as an independent instructor.
