Dr Marsha Cole

Dr. Marsha Cole is a lecturer at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA where she teaches chemistry and conducts applied industrial research with students. Previously, Dr. Cole was an associate research chemist at the Southern Regional Research Center of the Agricultural Research Services of the United States Department of Agriculture, in New Orleans, Louisiana where she has earned five international recognitions. She is an appointed NASA Student Ambassador, former Southwest Regional Chair of NOBCChE among having other notable recognitions and leadership experiences. She has authored and coauthored 41 publications and proceedings. Dr. Cole received her Ph.D. in bio-analytical chemistry from Louisiana State University under Boyd Professor & Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Dr. Isiah Warner. In her spare time, she enjoys learning about quirky historical facts, singing, arts and crafts, and playing games with her family. Dr. Marsha Cole is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
