Announcement Block with Links
This component allows users to display a customizable title, description, and an announcement with a clickable link. It also includes three call-to-action buttons for easy navigation to additional content. The design is visually distinct, ensuring the announcement section stands out, while the buttons encourage further engagement.

How to Use
1) Click the "Insert Component" button as seen below, choose the "Announcement Block with Links" component and click the Insert button.
2) The following modal should pop up once you click the Insert button:
