East Setauket welcomes a delightful addition to its culinary landscape with the grand opening of Elaine's Restaurant. This exciting venture is the brainchild of Enzo and Elaine Micali, who have poured their passion for food and hospitality into creating a warm, inviting space for locals and visitors alike. Over the past year, owners Enzo and Elaine Micali collaborated closely with Willa Smith, Business Advisor of the Stony Brook Small Business Development Center (SBDC), pictured together here, to fine-tune their business plan and ensure a successful launch.

The road to opening Elaine's Restaurant & Bar has been paved with dedication and hard work, and the Stony Brook SBDC congratulates Enzo and Elaine Micali for introducing this beautiful, new small business to the community.
