We are hiring! - deadline extended

The Department of Asian and Asian American Studies (AAAS) at Stony Brook University, seeks to appoint a full-time Lecturer in Hindi. The initial two-year appointment begins Fall 2025, with potential for renewal. The incumbent will be expected to teach Hindi language at all levels, for heritage & non-heritage students and courses in literature or linguistics. The incumbent will work in close coordination with, and contribute to, the Mattoo Center for India Studies.
