Workshop One: Singular Synthesis: A Unique Combination of Thoughtful Leadership
In this workshop we will explore proven leadership best practices that utilize techniques in leadership roles and responsibilities. Participants will be able to gain practical experience through asynchronous authentic learning activities and relevant conversations, and create a personal strategy for leadership effectiveness. We will identify a framework for reflection and self-awareness regarding personal leadership skills. Participants will consider the key aspects to being part of a team and how to successfully lead a team in multiple settings and situations. We will also examine change as it happens in a team environment and how to be prepared to lead for future success using futuring strategies.
Those looking to build a dynamic and effective team as well as those wanting to learn
how to lead from a position of a positive and successful future in mind should attend this workshop. If you have found, over the past year, that
you have struggled to motivate your team during a time of constant and unpredictable
change, this is for you. Learn how to lead teams instead of individuals on a team.
A hands-on workshop; participants will be working with peers to develop a customized, practical framework for futures leadership and team building. This workshop will prepare participants to build their teams strategically and keep them motivated intrinsically. Participants will have access to workshop leaders for a private coaching session.
